Refund policy

Returns

We hope Stickerbox becomes a favorite. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Unopened printers: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened printers: not refundable, but any unit that arrives faulty or damaged is replaced.
• Paper rolls: sealed packs only, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email lamngocminhquan77546@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (photos help if the item arrived damaged). We’ll reply with the return steps.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 business days.
